INCOMING STAFF

Application Process

1. Contact ALKU's Erasmus Departmental Coordinator. After you have been chosen as Erasmus Exchange Staff in your home institution, you should contact our related Erasmus Departmental Coordinator. Click here to access the list of our coordinators.

Please note that some institutions may require a Letter of Acceptance before choosing staff members for an Erasmus Exchange. In this case, you should contact our related Erasmus Departmental Coordinator. If there are any issues regarding contacting our Departmental Coordinators, please contact our Erasmus Office to receive assistance. 

2. Fill in the Online Application Form. Click here to access the application form. After completing the form, it will be sent to our Erasmus Departmental Coordinator stating that you have applied as an Erasmus Exchange Staff and wish to visit our university. In addition, we kindly ask you to contact us via erasmusincoming@alanya.edu.tr to check the status of your application.

3. Fill in either Erasmus Staff Mobility Agreement for Teaching- or Erasmus Staff Mobility Agreement for Training -form. After ALKU's Erasmus Departmental Coordinator has confirmed your visit to our university, you should fill out either Erasmus Staff Mobility Agreement for Teaching- or Erasmus Staff Mobility Agreement for Training -form. This will be done on the Online Learning Agreement platform according to the type of your mobility.

After filling out the agreement, you and your institution’s Erasmus Coordinator should sign the agreement. After signing, the agreement should be scanned and sent to our related Erasmus Departmental Coordinator for signing. We kindly ask you to add  erasmusincoming@alanya.edu.tr as a CC of the email. After our Erasmus Departmental Coordinator has signed the agreement, it will be sent back to you alongside your Letter of Acceptance. 

 

During your stay

We advise you to meet with your Erasmus Departmental Coordinator and discuss the details of your visit and your program in ALKU. If you have any questions regarding your mobility, please do not hesitate to contact your Erasmus Departmental Coordinator or the Erasmus Office. 

 

At the end of your mobility

Our related Erasmus Departmental Coordinator will provide and sign your Certificate of Attendance at the end of your mobility. If there are any issues regarding the certificate, you can contact our Erasmus Office at erasmusincoming@alanya.edu.tr

 

After returning home
