1. Declaration :Must be signed by an impartial selection committee with 3 members who are officially appointed by the Rector (with a stamp as proof).

2. Call for Applications : A public announcement is required. It must clearly state;

   • What the program offers

   • How to apply

   • Application dates

   • Selection criteria

3. Selection Form : Must be completed and signed by the committee. Please also attach a list of the selected candidates.
